Can we claim for Medical Assistance?
Hi there, my friend was hit by a private vehicle but the worst thing the owner didnt even care to bring my friend to the hospital, instead he ran away. A bystander was able to get the plate number of the vehicle but we are still in the process of verifying the the owner of that car. If ever, we can traced down the owner, can we demand for a medical assistance from that person? or what legal moves can we do for this matter?
